General Description:   Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from customers and to ensure high level of customer service.

  • Process customer disputes.

  • Meet customer requirements in a positive and professional manner and troubleshoot technical problems.

  • Take appropriate action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Additional Description:   Qualifications:
  • 1 year related experience; high school diploma or some college preferred
    Self starter and be able to multi-task.

  • Strong computer skills; LAN/WAN, Networking experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
    Detail oriented.

  • Professionalism.

  • Fluent English communication and writing.
Minimum Experience:   1-3年
