- 有在Windows域环境中的helpdesk support经验 (at least 1.5 years);
- 熟练掌握Windows XP相关知识, 知道基本的Windows troubleshooting 方法;
- 非常熟悉Office 2003, 知道基本的Office troubleshooting 方法; 最好有Outlook support 经验;
- 基本的硬件修理和排错能力;
- 能用英语做基本交流;
有服务意识; 自律性好; 条理性好. - 了解基本的电话交换系统知识;
- 有固定资产管理经验。

SPOC DeskSide is a major escalation group for the support centre and will consist of two groups: - Central Team: first escalation point for incidents that are resolvable remotely, they triage the incidents and contact the customer via phone and when necessary using tools such as remote desktop for remote resolution of the issue.
- Dispatch Team: perform necessary physical visits to workstations/customers and are located on-site.
