- Windows troubleshooting knowledge;
- Network troubleshooting knowledge;
- Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, troubleshooting knowledge;
- Basic Telecommunication knowledge;
- Minimum 1 year IT helpdesk experience in a multinational company;
- Fluent in Mandarin; be able to communicate in English;
- A strong customer service focus and able to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
