| General Description: |

- 5年以上dotnet项目开发经验；
- 熟练使用C#或VB.Net, ASP, ASP.Net, JavaScript, Html/XHTML等；
- 精通的面向对象分层开发经验；
- 精通SQL Server 2000或2005. 熟悉Oracle数据库者优先；
- 精通设计模式, 熟悉重构以及自动化测试技术者优先；
- 熟悉微软操作系统和应用服务器者优先；
- 良好团队合作开发能力和英文听说读写能力；

| Additional Description: |
|
- At least 5 years experience of working experience on MS dotnet projects.
- Object-Oriented programming and advanced knowledge of Microsoft development tools including C# or VB.Net, ASP, ASP.Net, JavaScript, HTML/xHTML and other web related experience.
- Have good experience with Multi-tier/Multi-layer architecture desgin or development skills.
- Strong grasp of database concepts, data structures. Familiar with SQL Server 2000 or 2005. Oracle is a big plus.
- Have good experience with design patterns, refactoring and automated unit testing.
- Familiar with MS windows OS or Application Server is plus.
- Strong team orientation with fluent in English at listening, speaking, reading and writing.
